ANNEX/DOWNTOWN TORONTO – This role is for administrative and billing support at our new location to be opened this Fall in the Annex/Downtown Toronto. We are looking for a talented and compassionate individual who is passionate about mental health who is potentially able to stay at our clinic long term and grow with us and the role may change and evolve.
The ideal candidate would be someone with strong organizational and communication skills, a hard worker, fast learner and someone who can take initiative, but who also is thoughtful in their approach. Passion and sensitivity for mental health is vital. Our clinic operations are guided by the values of compassion, integrity, ingenuity and being purposeful and we welcome applicants who operate with these same values.
The tasks for this position would include answering phone calls, emails and managing other public means of communication with the clinic. This individual would also be coordinating clinician schedules, booking meetings, sending out correspondence and assisting with 3rd party billing. We have an active social media presence and believe in the importance of community engagement. A candidate with experience or interest in this area would also be welcome to apply. Preference would be for someone who has worked in a healthcare environment, but not necessary as training will be provided.
