Tanveer holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a PhD candidate at the University of Delhi, India. With over five years of professional experience at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), she has extensive expertise in providing psychotherapy, conducting psychological assessments, and contributing to research in the field. Her published work in reputed journals highlights her scientific and evidence-based approach to mental health care.
Tanveer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and specializes in working with adult clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and lifestyle-related stress. She also provides diagnostic assessments to support individualized treatment plans, including for individuals experiencing ADHD. Currently practicing under supervision, Tanveer is committed to delivering high-quality care while continuing to enhance her clinical expertise. She provides culturally sensitive care and often provides therapy for South Asian clients. She is able to provide services in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Tanveer offers therapy services at locations in Brampton and Toronto, as well as virtually, with availability for evening and weekend appointments to accommodate her clients’ schedules.
